Walking Meditation
This practice involves walking slowly, where each step is taken with mindfulness, fully immersing in the experience and sensations of walking. The idea is to be acutely aware of the physical and sensory details of walking—such as the feel of the ground under your feet, the rhythm of your breath, and the sights and sounds around you—rather than walking automatically without conscious thought.

Is it good for me?
It helps to cultivate a state of active, open attention on the present moment, and is used in various meditation practices and mindfulness training programs.
